The previous identity was built primarily for television. It lacked flexibility across mobile and social platforms, leading to compromised legibility and brand recognition.
To resolve this, a three-tier logo system was introduced with vertical, horizontal, and micro variations. This structure ensured clarity and consistency across different scales and contexts while reinforcing a stronger ESPN-driven identity.
