Angela Park is a graphic designer from Seoul, currently based in New York. She also goes by her Korean name, Seryoung.  She’s currently working at Massive Assembly and has previously worked at Double D, Studio MHTL, and Smile Flower Club She has collaborated with clients including Riot Games, Nike, ESPN, and Epic Games, creating identities and campaigns across brand systems, broadcast, and storytelling.  Outside of client work, Angela runs Tooltool, a platform that curates creative coding tools for designers.  Angela never quite knows whether to call herself a graphic designer, a multidisciplinary designer, but she's sure about one thing. She loves making things.  Her curiosity has led her to build skills in branding, typography, storytelling, or even code and motion.  After studying Visual Communication Design at Hongik University in Seoul and spending a semester at MICA in Baltimore, she decided to return to the States to explore new ideas, people, and possibilities.  And she really did.  Her thesis project, Diong, was about creating the widest font in the world, simply because she wanted to see how far a single letterform could stretch.  These days, she enjoys hunting for thrift furniture and visiting every coffee shop in her neighborhood under the excuse of “creative research.” This introduction format is inspired by Mingu Hong and the new order If you have any questions or just want to chat, feel free to reach out to me at angelaseryoung@gmail.com!
